Wedding Recap Part IV: Fight for Your Right to Party

I have a lot of work to get done today, so we'll keep this short and sweet. The reception was amazing - we ate delicious food and cupcakes, and danced the night away until 12am when they kicked us out of the Library. The sweetest thing of all was my mom's toast to "The Boy Upstairs" (instead of the Boy Next Door) - my parents met when they were living in the same house on Summit Avenue. My mom and her friends were renting out the first floor, and my dad and some of his college buddies were living on the second floor. Ironically, Ben and I also became friends during our freshman year of college, when he had the dorm room directly above me. Amazing how life works out sometimes.

We were blown away by the show of love from our college friends... 20 of us Oles at the wedding!

Who knew my aunt and uncle had all these crazy moves?

Ben and I made homemade bookmarks for all of our guests - each table had a different quote from one of our favorite authors. Way time-consuming to make but totally worth it in the end!

There are so many more great memories from this night - dancing with my grandma to the Beastie Boys, watching all of the parents break it down on the dance floor, my sister and brother-in-laws speeches, and last but DEFINITELY not least, having a crazy hoe-down to Mumford and Sons and Trampled by Turtles, and then closing out the night by standing in a circle with our arms around each other belting "More than a Feeling."

It was seriously more amazing than we could have ever imagined, and we can't thank our friends and family enough.
